Due to a family emergency, I had to return to Ohio to sell my mothers home. After living out of state for approximately 44 years, I was blessed to have an old friend who had 44 years of real estate experience under her belt. Having a background in real estate from years ago, I knew what to look for in an agent. When she first walked in I watched her as she assessed the house. Having a broad range of knowledge of Englewood and the surrounding areas, she knew exactly what to look for and the things that would need to be updated before the house was marketable. She then provided me with recommendations for contractors... Her professionalism and knowledge allowed me a stress free transaction, during a very stressful time in our families lives. I cannot say enough about this woman but to say I would highly recommend Joanna Perretta to anyone attempting to buy or sell their home.
